We monitor your product closely during the storage period. The temperature of the storage cells is monitored continuously by a digital registration and monitoring system that reports all anomalies via the alarm system. This means we can always respond to deviations in storage temperature on time – even outside opening times.
In addition, all cold storage and freezer installations are connected to the alarm system meaning all technical faults are reported whenever they occur 24 hours a day. The engineer is contractually obliged to correct problems within a certain time.
Our WMS (warehouse management system) gives us an overview of the status of the stock and all changes at all times. All packing carriers receive a barcode upon arrival and are allotted a unique location meaning tracking and tracing is no problem for us.
Electronic data exchange is possible. Customers can log into our system so that they can continuously follow the state of their stock themselves. |
